Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Operations Excellence team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
- Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
- Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or operations role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
- 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or operations role
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
