As an Email Chat Support Agent, you'll be the frontline in assisting our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our brand's high standards of communication and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or social media platforms, addressing questions, assisting with order placement, and navigating our site or products.
  • Engaging customers by offering support, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Playing a key role in customer retention by building rapport and trust through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products to offer accurate information and support.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, order processing, and decision-making via chat, phone, and email.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues, ensuring a delightful and solution-oriented service experience.

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour while providing invaluable support.

  • Contract Length: Open-ended, offering long-term engagement.
  • Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, with flexibility to accommodate your needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
