Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing various platforms and tools to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization
- Managing Helpscout, our customer service email platform, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
- Managing Zapier to automate tasks and streamline processes
- Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, requiring comfort with learning new technology and adapting to changing requirements
- Managing Apple Connect and Google Play Console for App store management, without coding responsibilities
- Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in project management or customer service leadership, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands
- Located in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team
