Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Completing evidence of insurance requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Documenting each customer contact in eAgent and maintaining accurate records
- Taking premium payments from customers and verifying payment details
- Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
- Returning all phone messages promptly and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining knowledge of new products and services and staying up-to-date with industry developments
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
