Job Summary

As a part-time Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results. Your expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving will be essential in helping us to surface key insights, inform business decisions, and drive a culture of data-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive progress towards business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and other business leaders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics
• Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant platforms

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related field
• Strong expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related field
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
• Strong expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or other advanced analytics techniques
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop data-driven solutions to address business needs
