Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst – E2E Transportation Operations to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our E2E Transportation Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast demand, optimize routes, and improve delivery times
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of changes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate the impact of retail tests on our delivery network

• Build dashboards and metrics to track the performance of new customer-facing features, such as Expedited Shipment
• Develop driver-level analysis to identify the root causes of late deliveries
• Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets

* Applying SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations

• Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from multiple sources to support key business initiatives
• Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling
