Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats with a positive and empathetic tone
- Communicating a variety of information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Being an active listener and helping to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Providing a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction
- Learning and retaining a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- A secure area in the home to work from
- The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
- The understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in Las Vegas, NV
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Certification in customer service or a related field
