Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, report generation, and project assistance.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assisting in compiling data and generating reports, using various software applications, including MS Office Word, Excel, and other tools.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
  • Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed.
  • Knowledge of word processing tools, spreadsheets, and databases, including MS Office Word, Excel, and other software applications.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work.

Preferred Skills & Experience

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of touch typing systems, with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy.
  • Experience working with arenaflex's software applications and systems.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Equipment Specifications

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following equipment specifications:

  • Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams/Outlook open simultaneously.
  • A keyboard with a 10-key number pad.
  • Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
  • An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
  • A minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
  • A laptop that can run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution (laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor).
  • No Chromebook or MacBook.
  • A web camera for Teams meetings.
  • A headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls.
