Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll be responsible for collecting information from employees and customers, capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner, and identifying and correcting errors. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting information from employees and customers to update our company's databases
  • Capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Preparing information for data entry
  • Performing entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Performing data entry on computers
  • Performing data entry of credits
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
  • Performing high volume data entry work
  • Performing data entry of new applications
  • Completing clerical functions or data entry tasks
  • Performing data entry duties typing, faxing
  • Deleting data entry errors and entering corrections
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques
  • Establishing data entry procedures for each client
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry
  • Performing daily audits and data entry corrections

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with data entry software, such as EMR
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data entry systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
