Job Summary

You will utilize your relevant skills in customer service and call center operations to ensure accurate data entry and efficient outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to handle outbound calling effectively, with a strong focus on sales and customer acquisition
- Typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
