Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HR Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve providing clerical support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on organizing employee records and HR files, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, and streamlining our documentation systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site
- Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval
- Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access
- Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation
- Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance
- Familiarity with SharePoint is essential
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members
- Creative problem-solving skills with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks
- Proven clerical or administrative skills
- Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
- Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience with ADP-HR systems
- Familiarity with data entry and handling confidential information
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Work Schedule and Location
This is a part-time role, with a flexible schedule that will be determined based on project needs. The role will involve remote work after the training phase, with the possibility of in-person work in our D.C. office. You must be able to live near D.C. for the required in-person training week.
Compensation and Benefits
