Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Modeling and Sharing Customer Service Best Practices: Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits.
  • Providing Efficient and Friendly Service: Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, including recommending items for sale and processing customer purchases on assigned cash register.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Assisting with Store Operations: Assist with separation of food items, product placement, and stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at store.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
  • Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
