Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients and resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment to meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
