Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior representatives when necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support
Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed

Essential Qualifications
