Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You'll be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing customer data, and handling a variety of tasks that require strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer data, including phone call records, customer care logs, and profile pages.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including profile creation and updating, filing, and document creation.
  • Ticket Management: Produce and improve customer support concern tickets, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Mail Preparation: Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
  • Hallway Management: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and visitors. Direct and seat visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms, and notify staff of their arrival/appointment.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, including filing, record keeping, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job-related tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Work-from-Home Environment: Experience working from home or a remote environment.
  • MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Illustrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Ability to partner with minimal direction and resolve internal issues.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry, including accuracy and speed.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, including profile creation and updating, filing, and document creation.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
