- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
What you'll need for success
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
Preferred qualifications
* Experience working in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
