Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet
- Resolving routine problems and questions related to client products and services
- Maintaining a deep understanding of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Proposing additional products and services to customers
- Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong command of both French and English languages (spoken, written, and read)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A calm and distraction-free work environment at home
- Strong multitasking skills
- A desire to learn new technologies
- Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
- A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and internet (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspot/satellite) and a smartphone
