Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet
  • Resolving routine problems and questions related to client products and services
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Proposing additional products and services to customers
  • Providing expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of both French and English languages (spoken, written, and read)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A calm and distraction-free work environment at home
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • A desire to learn new technologies
  • Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and internet (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspot/satellite) and a smartphone
