Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that every passenger has a memorable experience. You'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with Customers: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining a Safety Mindset: Ensure that you and your colleagues maintain the highest standards of safety and security, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborating with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with your team to achieve common goals, share knowledge and expertise, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Navigating Challenges: Remain calm and composed under pressure, adapting to changing situations and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legally Authorized to Work: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Uniform Standards: Meet arenaflex's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
