Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Engage with website visitors, providing prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a live chat or technical support role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus, but not required)
