Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing superior customer experiences to our card members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide top-notch service to card members via phone calls, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving Customer Queries and Following Established Procedures: Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient issue resolution.
