The Role
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a seasonal project focused on IVA, Prospective, and Risk.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach and problem resolution
- Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email)
- Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and work under supervision and receive instructions
Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
