Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure that data is entered correctly. Key Responsibilities

* Input customer and account data by typing text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies

Essential Qualifications

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working on a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science

  • Experience with data entry software and database management systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
