Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into various fields, databases, records, and files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilizing your excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to summarize data for standardized reports
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and efficiency
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • 1 year of experience in Excel/Filing, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting principles
