Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing customs clearance and trade documentation for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This is a remote data entry position, and you'll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and government agencies to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customs clearance and trade documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain and update shipment documentation in accordance with all record-keeping requirements
  • Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Work closely with internal staff, divisions, and clients to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships
  • Process organization financier shipments and manage distant filings
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)

  • HS Certificate or GED required
  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
  • Data entry/console experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
  • Ability to use various systems and reference materials
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, internal staff, and management at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field

  • Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
