Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns to supervisors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and data entry
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for process improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and proficiency in data entry software
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
