Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work with our global-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that meet a scalable and nimble shape. Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system

• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
• Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
• Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, RBAC, Role Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IAM integration and implementation
• Experience with SailPoint and other IAM solutions
• Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
