Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to make finding and enrolling in health insurance simple.

Key Responsibilities

* Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support via phone.

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their interactions with arenaflex.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Manage customer accounts, including application data entry, online chat inquiries, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Interpret and Follow Defined Procedures and Policies: Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Time and Task Management: Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive Self-Study, Training, and Testing: Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your job duties.
  • Adhere to Regulated Guidelines: Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Essential Qualifications

* Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills: Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • High Level of Comfort Learning New Technology: Demonstrate a high level of comfort learning new technology, including software applications and other tools.
  • High Level of Professionalism: Possess a high level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Comfortable Working from Home: Be comfortable working from home, including managing your time and tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Self-Motivated and Success-Driven: Demonstrate self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, including a willingness to learn and grow in your role.

Preferred Experience

* Previous Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support Role: Possess previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, including experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act.

  • Previous Experience in a Call Center: Possess previous experience in a call center, including experience with CRM systems and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and Practices: Demonstrate familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively.
  • Spanish Bilingual: Possess Spanish bilingual skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits

* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite
