As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the business.

Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and hands-on individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating forklifts, and assisting with data entry tasks throughout the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working both with customers and on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers with their needs as they arrive at our location

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing customers to the correct parts
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload auto parts, both manually and with assistance of machinery
  • Assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts as needed, including looking up part numbers or checking inventory
  • Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the customer service area and in the warehouse
  • Perform other data entry tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business, including updating inventory, entering part orders, and assisting with other administrative duties

Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience preferred (auto parts experience a plus)

  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and customers
  • Basic computer skills for looking up parts, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)
