Responsibilities
As an experienced insurance customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Essential Qualifications
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, plus commissions and bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
