Job Summary
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for reviewing and completing enrichment tasks, performing credentialing-related duties, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data. You'll work closely with our Data Enrichment team to support our healthcare clients and contribute to the quality control process. This is a full-time, permanent, and 100% remote opportunity that offers a supportive culture, training, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
- Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
- Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex.

Qualifications
* Experience: 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role is a plus.
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
- Language skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Communication skills: Great written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Work-from-home setup: Able to support a work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection.
- Internet speed: Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
