• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly workforce, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet their performance goals.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with various support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with the highest level of quality.
• Collaborate with all support teams: You'll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll be required to lift and move packages, as well as perform other physical tasks that are essential to the role.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You'll be on your feet for long periods, ensuring that you're able to meet the physical demands of the role.
