Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service and achieving the best resolution for the customer
- Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications

- Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
