Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote arenaflex products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Providing timely and thorough activity reports to your supervisor.
- Making presentations to potential customers to promote arenaflex products and services.
- Effectively relating to customers and providing exceptional customer service.
