Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries about our clients' services and products
  • Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer calls and responding to customer inquiries

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' services and products
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quiet home office environment or a quiet workspace
  • Computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
  • Working headset with a microphone
  • Ability to perform work without supervision
  • Must be over 18 years of age
