Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk/Typing Specialist to join our remote team and play a critical role in refining youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Key Responsibilities

* Refine youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

  • Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong understanding of policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sensitivity, perseverance, and good behavior
  • Ability to pick up, research, organize, and assess information quickly and accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on meeting strict timetables and plans
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, typing, or a related field

  • Familiarity with SDU (Condition Disbursement System) or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with training and development programs, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
