Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and closing sales through our user-friendly software. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with a dedicated trainer assigned to you to help you every step of the way. Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handle customer calls and assign leads to our closers as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets and generate a minimum of 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
