Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean, organized store appearance and contributing to a positive shopping environment
• Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly conversation, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and offer suggestions
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional bending, twisting, and grasping

• Retail and customer service experience, with a focus on sales and customer care
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
