Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient communication with our customers and team members, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Entering data and processing orders precisely, using our automated ordering system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Developing a strong commitment to becoming an expert in our company's products and industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Effectively and efficiently working with other members of the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work an overnight shift (e.g. 8pm-4:30 am)
  • Detail-oriented and able to process orders with speed and accuracy

  • Knowledge of the seafood industry and its products
