Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible support
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering creative solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in the benefits or insurance industry
- Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
