A Day in the Life of a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex As a Patient Care Advocate, your responsibilities will include: * Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits better, using your knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively. * Keeping track of patient interactions, using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly and documenting all interactions in real-time. * Ensuring patients are equipped with the best advice, identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and, if necessary, escalating appropriately. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred) * At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience * Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge * Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary What Sets You Apart While a College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus is preferred, we're also looking for candidates with: * Medical Terminology training * Pharmacy or Benefits training Why Join arenaflex?
