Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-4 month contract basis, with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent position. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, ensuring seamless payroll processing, and maintaining accurate account information. Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency

• Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
• Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any data entry-related issues or concerns

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
