Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Provider Services team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a seasonal opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18.50.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Provider Services team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls to ensure seamless communication
- Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data to inform outreach efforts
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Providing exceptional problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
- Participating in projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures, and working under supervision
