U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with claims management systems or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
