Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Support to Distributors

Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to distributors, including assistance with parts selection, order processing, pricing, product availability, and order expediting.
- Resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and providing limited technical support as needed, maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
- Proactively following up with distributors and sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Managing inbound calls and communication from distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient interaction process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution teams, including Service Managers and Parts Counter staff, through regular communication via phone and case management.
- Collaborating across internal departments to address and resolve customer needs and optimize business processes.
- Actively contributing to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service and business operations.
- Utilizing CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and phone systems to track, manage, and document account interactions effectively.
- Managing an average of 50 customer interactions per day, while maintaining a professional, positive, and responsive approach.
- Leveraging your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) to resolve customer inquiries and support business activities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and phone systems
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill)
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal departments

Compensation and Benefits
