Requirements

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. - Strong Written Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism are essential for success in this role. - Comfortable with Chat Platforms and Email Communication Tools: Comfortable using chat platforms and email communication tools, with basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. - Previous Experience in Customer Support: Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required; we're eager to train and develop the next generation of customer support professionals.
