As a Chat Specialist, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and data
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To be successful as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Gaming experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements

To join our team, you will need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Meet the basic qualifications outlined above
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Show a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
