As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for providing a pleasant, expert, assured, and insightful experience to help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable. With a focus on building meaningful connections and creating a welcoming environment, you'll be the key to crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention

  • Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in situations where we've inconvenienced a customer
  • Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards
  • Navigate challenges through being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and handling issues while not taking customer frustration into view
  • Collaborate with others, assist your colleagues, and support them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

* Competitive hourly rate of up to $27.00 per hour, with seniority-based pay raises and extra compensation for shift differential and beyond regular time

Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
