As a member of our London Heathrow customer services team, you'll be part of a global organization that's dedicated to delivering exceptional airport experiences to our customers. You'll work closely with our team leaders to ensure that every interaction with our customers is safe, efficient, and memorable. With a focus on flexibility and adaptability, you'll be expected to work across various functions, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing.

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent experience at all contact points
• Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing
• Working closely with team leaders to ensure seamless operations and efficient customer flow
• Conducting administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure
• Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
• Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing all required training by given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

• The ability to represent arenaflex at all times, with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Well-groomed appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times
• The ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public vacations
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
• Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
• The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
• A valid BAA airside pass
• GSAT training
• The willingness and ability to complete all relevant training efficiently
• A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as required
• The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required
