Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting performance standards and achieving sales goals through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance standards
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
