Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for accurately capturing and processing patient data, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately capture and process patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, medical records, and inventory logs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experiences
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
- Current licensure as a registered pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
- Experience performing data entry tasks, including capturing and processing patient data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Certification as an immunizer or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
